Suggest a better descriptionCook potatoes until tender, drain and place in a large bowl.
Add milk, salt & 1 Tbl spoon butter. Beat until light and fluffy.
Fold in egg, sour cream, cottage cheese, & onions.
Place in a greased baking dish.
Combine the crackers crumbs and remaining butter. Sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until crumbs are lightly browned.
