Rinse salmon. Pat dry. Use either with or without skin fillet.
Mix all ingredients except panko and furikake. Spread mixture on salmon covering top. Place on foiled baking sheet, and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Take out of oven, sprinkle furikake and panko on top, and broil one to two minutes until slightly browned on top. Watch oven closely and don't burn it!! Serve with fresh lemon.
Optional: can drizzle panko with melted butter then broil.
