Oven 350. Mix all ingredients. Pour into pie pan sprayed with PAM. Bake 30minute
You can also get creative! add some fruit, mashed ripe banana, cut up apples, pumpkin (count pts)
Good addition:
aprox 1 cup frozen berries
2 tsp. lemon zest
dash ginger
dash nutmeg
I also squeezed some of the fresh lemon juice over the berries before mixing them in
