Suggest a better descriptionIn large mixing bowl, whisk 2 eggs, applesauce, sugar, and milk. Once creamy, add oats, salt, baking powder and mix.
Add about 1 cup any fruits or berries (blueberries, strawberries, diced apples, dried cranberries, raisins, etc).
Pour batter into 9x13" baking dish. Sprinkle top w/brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Top with yogurt or cream or milk, etc.
