Preheat oven to 325. Grease a 9x13 pan.
Mix all ingredients except milk, add milk in last and mix well. Pour into pan.
Bake for 30-45 minutes until firm to the touch and light golden brown.
Serve with half and half poured on top and fresh fruit.
Freezes well, heat in microwave.
