Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 400 degrees F. Butter a shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Whisk togher the eggs, water and salt in a medium sized bowl. Pour mixture into baking dish, sprinkle with the cheese, bell pepper and chives. Bake 15 - 20 minutes OR until eggs are set and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
