In small bowl combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, seasoning and salt. Mix well. Cut chicken breast into strips and pat dry. Brush strips with olive oil on both sides. Cover chicken with breadcrumb mix on all sides and place in baking dish that has been brushed with olive oil. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over chicken. Bake uncovered @375 F for 35-45 min. Or until 170 degrees.
