Place onion and garlic into TM bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 5.
Add remaining ingredients and with dial set to closed lid position, pulse together by pressing the Turbo button two times for 1 second each.
Mix for 8-10 seconds on speed 6until mixed evenly. Check texture and with the aid of the spatula repeat if necessary.
With damp hands, form meatballs and cook either in hot oiled fry pan, 200?C pie-heated oven or steam in the Varoma for approximately 25 minutes. Set aside in ThermoServer.
Place Parmesan into clean, dry TM bowl and mill for 10 seconds on speed 9.
Place herbs into TM bowl and chop for 4 seconds on speed 6.

Saut? for 2 minutes at Varoma temperature on speed soft.
Add remaining ingredients except Parmesan and cook for 15 minutes at Varoma ternpcrature on pcd I with MC off
Set aside in ThermoServer whilst you cook the pasta (See General Tips).
Arrange cooked pasta in buttered baking dish, pour cream over and stir before adding meatballs. Pour sauce over and sprinkle with milled Parmesan. Bake in hot oven for 15-20 minLtes until golden brown. Serve with salad and roasted potatoes.
To cook penne in Thermomix, pour 1 litre boiling water into TM bowl and close lid. Place up to 400g dry penne through hole in lid and cook for 12 minutes at Varoma temperature on Reverse + speed soft.
Drain and serve immediately, or keep hot in ThermoServer until use.
