This is one of my go-to meals. Quite simply, it's your favorite loaded baked potato on top of your favorite salad! And there's something about that salty potato with a nice sweet dressing, (honey mustard?), and the hot potato with the chilled salad - that's absolute magic. You WILL NOT be dissapointed.
Prepare your prettiest, most favorite cold salad. Include as many of the vegetables you love as is possible.
Put a well-salted, fully baked and buttered potato right in the middle of the salad. Hot is important.
If you like sour cream, add it now.
