Suggest a better descriptionWash potatoes, and prick several times with a fork; bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Cool. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; then scoop out pulp and set aside. Melt butter in heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook until mixture forms a rue; stir constantly. Gradually add milk, cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Pour mixture into crock pot and add potato pulp, salt, pepper, 4 tablespoons green onions, 1 cup bacon, and 2 cups cheese. Cook until thoroughly heated; stir in sour cream. Add extra milk, if necessary, for desired thickness. Serve with remaining onino, bacon, and cheese. Recipe No.: 82
