-boil potatoes 10 mins
-while potatoes cool - chop onions and garlic, melt butter in large pot and soften onions and garlic
-remove skin from potatoes
-dice potatoes and add to pot
-add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil then turn down heat and cook 10 mins
