Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Put 1 T white vinegar in measuring cup. Add milk until it reaches 1 cup. Let sit for 5 min. (This is a substitute for buttermilk, which the recipe originally called for) Dip ravioli in milk mixture, then in bread crumbs. Place ravioli on a greased pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Top with parmesan cheese, and serve with heated marinara sauce.
