Preheat oven to 275
In small pan ove medium heat, combine mustard and jam. Stir constantly till mix combines and bubbles. Place salami on wire rack on cookie sheet.
Make 6-8 diagonal slits in top of salami so fat drips out and marinade drips in during baking.
Brush mustard mix on salami. Bake 4-5 hours , basting every hour.
Slice and serve with mustard for dipping and crackers.
