Make a sos from lemon juice and zest with chopped dill. Marinate the salmon in this sos for 30 min to 1 hour.
Place the salmon on a pan and fry it for 2 min on each side.
Preheat the oven at 350.
Make a glaze with agave and mustard with seeds. Glaze the salmon and roast it for 10-12 min.
Side dish : chop the garlic and cut the shallots julien. Cut the asparagus and green beans. Put a bit of olive oil in a pan and fry everything for 2-5 min.
Separately, cook cuscus. Chop the paper and add it to the cuscus when is cooked. Combine the fried vegetables with the cuscus for a delicious side dish for the salmon
