Suggest a better descriptionPreheat the oven to 300°. Massage all seasoning into the meat on both sides. Massage brown sugar onto both sides of the meat until completely covered. Put the brisket in the oven and slow roast 4-5 hours at 300°. Pull the brisket out of oven, coat it with your favorite BBQ sauce and out back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes to caramelized the sauce. Pull and serve..
