Mix the spaghetti, butter, and milk in the bottom of the pan. Brown the hamburger and add the spaghetti sauce. Layer the spaghetti and the sauce with met in a casserole/Pyrex pan. Spread the mozarella cheese on top and arrange the pepperoni on top of the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
