Baked Spaghetti
Directions:
Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef, Italian sausage and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the spaghetti sauce. Set aside.
In large bowl, whisk the eggs, parmesan cheese and melted butter. Drain spaghetti; add to egg mixture and toss to coat.
Place half of the spaghetti mixture in a greased 9x13 (2" deep) baking dish. Top with half of the cottage cheese, 1/2 the meat sauce and 1/2 the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layer. (you can make 1/2 the recipe and make one layer if you don't want so much)
Cover and bake at 350F for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake for 20-25 minutes longer... until cheese is melted and it's bubbling on the side : ) .
