2. Peel and slice plantain into 1/8 inch thick slices.
3. Put oil and lime juice in one bowl. Mix the plantain slices with the oil and lime juice mixture.
4. Move the plantain slices to another bowl and mix with spices and salt.
5. Bake plantains for 20 minutes, or until crispy, flipping them half way.
