Suggest a better descriptionScrub sweet potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until tender. Remove from oven and cut a thin slice from each side of potato, scoop out all pulp, being careful not to break skin. Mash pulp; add melted margarine or butter, sugar, oranges, coconut and salt, mix well. Spoon into shells, dot each with approximately 1 teaspoon of margarine or butter.
