Cut up your zuchini, yellow squash, onion and tomato and put in a sprayed and buttered pan. dot with butter. sprinkle with montreal chicken seasoning. sprinkle cheese. spray top with olive oil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes (depending on how cooked you like your squash).
