Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Toss sweet potatoes with oil, paprika and salt. Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake until lightly browned on the bottom, about 15 minutes. Turn potatoes and bake until lightly browned and tender, about 10 minutes. Serve hot.
