Tortilla Strips
Spray or Brush corn tortillas in olive oil. Cut into thin strips. Toss strips in salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Put in 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes to crisp up. Serve with Chicken Tortilla Soup.
