Suggest a better descriptionAdapted the recipe from Bittman's BRTW except:
- Used rainbow trout (1lb or a bit less)
- used the amouts for a full recipe (but 1/2 that for dates) but also baked mushrooms (250g)
-Supplanted the dry wine with 1:1 vermouth and white wine vinegar
- At the end after uncovering it, turned on the broiler for 10 minutes and then flipped and then 10 minutes
-Served it with couscous and garnished with fresh mint and lime juice
Delicious!
