An easy pasta dish with sausage
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare Ziti according to package.
Cook pancetta/bacon in large skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes. Add onion and garlic, sauté 3 minutes or until onion is tender. Add sausage, sauté 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Add wine, cook 3 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and next 3 ingredients. Reduce heat to low, cook stirring occasionally about 3 minutes.
Stir Ricotta and 1 cup mozzarella into hot cooked pasta. Lightly grease with cooking spray a 13x9 baking dish. Transfer pasta mixture to baking dish, top with sausage mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan and remaining mozzarella.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
