Hearty pasta dish
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Saute onion in hot oil in large skillet over med-high heat for 5 min. Add garlic & saute 1 min..
3. Add ground beef & cook until no longer pink. Stir in pasta sauce & 1/2 tsp salt.
4. Cook pasta according to package directions in large soup pot, drain and & return to pot..
5. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat; whisk in flour until smooth. Cook, stirring constantly for 1 min. Gradually whisk in milk; cook over med heat, whisking constantly until thickened & bubbly. Stir in Parmesan, salt & pepper. Pour over pasta & stir.
6. Transfer pasta into a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Top with beef mixture, sprinkle with Mozzarella and bake for 20-25 min.
