This baked ziti has great flavors and is a big hit at parties
Mix ricotta, cottage cheese, egg and sugar in a small bowl. Pour Ragu into sauce pan and mix in cheese mixture. Add a little mozzarella cheese. Cook over low heat for 45 minutes stirring frequently (so it won?t stick to pan). Add sauce and cooked noodles to a casserole dish. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 until heated through and cheese on top is nicely melted.
This is a really easy dish to make. Instead of baking you could also microwave the dish so it warms and the cheese melts. Kids love it. Good for parties as it makes a lot.
