Cook pasta according to package directions; drain & set aside.
Remove sausage from casing. Cook sausage, ground beef, and onion in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring until meat crumbles. Drain mixture, and return to skillet.
Stir in Marinara sauce and ziti. Layer half of ziti mixture and half of mozzarella cheese in a lightly greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Spoon remaining ziti mixture over mozzarella cheese, and cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove foil; add remaining mozzarella cheese, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 10 more minutes.
