Quick ziti for a weeknight dinner.
Cook pasta to al dente. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix marinara sauce, 1/4 cup of cheese blend, meatballs, 1/4 cup of parmesan, the mozzerella cut into 1/2" pieces, red pepper flakes, 1 tsp salt & 1 tsp pepper. Mix in pasta.
Pour into oiled 8x8 baking dish. Top with sliced mozzerella and the rest of the cheese blend. Bake for 30 minutes, until brown & bubbly.
