Saute onion, bell pepper, mushroom, and garlic in pan. Season with salt, pepper, and italian seasoning. Add some red wine and let it cook for a few minutes. Add in the tomato sauce. Layer the cooked ziti, sauce, and cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
