2) Add solid butter and chop into flour until pea sized
3) mix in milk
4) on a floured surface, knead and roll out dough to approximately 3/4" thick
5) use a cup to make round biscuits and place on a cookie sheet.
6) bake at 425 for 15 to 20 min
