Sift flour. baking powder and salt together. cut in shortening until mixture resembles course meal. add milk to make a soft dough. Add milk t make a soft dough. Turn out on floured surface and knead gently for 30 seconds. Roll out to 1/2 in to 3/4 inch thickness.
Cut into rounds of desired size and place on greased baking pan. Bake in 450 degree oven 12-15 minutes.
