Suggest a better descriptionCOMBINE FLOUR, baking powder, salt and butter in a mixer and mix until crumbly. Add the buttermilk and mix until the dough holds together. Do not over-mix. Turn out on a floured surface and roll the dough out to a 3/4-inch thickness. Cut into rounds or squares.
