Suggest a better description*Do not pack Make a well in the Mix. Add milk and stir with a fork, about 25 strokes. Turn onto a sheet of waxed paper. Knead well 6 times. Roll out or pat to 1/2 inch thickness on a lightly floured pastry cloth or board. Cut into 2-inch rounds with floured cutter. Place on a cooky sheet. Bake in a 450 F. oven 10 to 12 minutes. Yield: 18 biscuits, 2 inches in diameter NOTE: for 6 biscuits, use 1 cup Mix with 1/4 cup milk.
