Fold dough 8-12 times then roll out and cut.
Bake at 425 for 10-12 minutes until just starting to brown on tops.
To make snails:
Roll dough into a rectangular shape then top with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Roll up and cut into 1" pieces.
