Preheat oven to 450. Toss Cauliflower, oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spread on a roasting sheet and roast 15 to20 minutes. Toss the cauliflower with vinegar and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven and roast until cheese melted, about 5-10 minutes more.
