2. In a small bowl stir together mustard, vinegar, garlic and the thyme until smooth. Pour marinate over the chicken. Seal bag, turn to coat chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator 4 to 24 hours. turn bag occasionally
3. Drain the chicken, reserving the marinade. Place chicken on the rack of an uncovered grill. directly over medium coals. Grill for 7 minutes, brushing occassionally with marinade. Turn chicken, brush again with marinade. Grill for 5 to 8 minutes until no longer pink. Discard remaining marinade,
