Good
Put crab in bowl add parsley, salt, pepper and egg white. Put yolks in samll bowl and add worcheshire sauce, mustard, and lemon juice. Beat with hand whisk and add oil slowly while beating (It will blend in). Add to crab working mixture with fork or fingers. It must be worked enough so that mixure sticks together, but do not break up crab. It will be wet, but can be formed into cakes. Dip one at a time into bread crumbs and put all over so crumbs adhere. Fry uncovered in oil about 5 minutes until golden brown. Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
