Very simple lol
1 peel potatoes and finely slice them
2 dice bacon and finely slice garlic
3 put butter in pan allow to melt then place potatoes in
4 after 5 mins of potatoes cookin in the melted butter add the garlic and bacon
5 allow them to cook for another 10 mins while adding seasoning
6 by now potatoes should be soft take off heat and serve
7 enjoy it
8 cautionary note this dish is some thing not to be done and consumed everyday it's more of a 2 a week dish and can be used with a steak or veggies so think of this dish as a add on to a main meal and don't use this just as a main meal all the time lol
