In a mixing bowl, combine applesauce, egg whites, sour cream, bananas, vanilla, and apples. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour into prepared pan(s). Bake about 1 hour depending on pan size.
