An extra moist small batch recipe with a great banana flavor!
I Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well mixed. You could use a hand mixer or wooden spoon if desired I like the food processor so there are absolutely no banana chunks. If the batter looks thin like oil add a quarter cup more flour. Pour into a greased loaf pan or pan of choice and bake at 325 for 40 to 50 minutes.
