Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray two 9x5 loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray. Mix egg sub., sugar, oil and applesauce. In small bowl, mix flour, orange peel, baking soda and salt. Add to wet mixture. Mix to blend. Add bananas; stir. Bake 50-60 min. Cut each loaf into 8 1-inch slices.
