Moist bread, delicious for breakfast or snack.
1) Heat oven to 350. Grease bottoms only of 2 8x4 pans or 1 9x5 loaf pan.
2) In a larde bowl mix sugar and butter. Add eggs, bananas, buttermilk and vanilla; beat until smooth. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and nuts until moistened. Pour into pans.
3) TOPPING Stir dry ingredients together, pink the butter into mixture until crumbly like wet sand. Sprinkle on top of batter.
4) Bake 8 inch pans for 1 hour, 9 inch for 1 1/4 hours.
Use the ripest bananas you can. You can use half white flour and half WW flour if you prefer.
