i) Preheat the oven to 350°F put a rack in the middle of the oven
ii) mix butter into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl (mix well)
iii) add sugar, egg, and vanilla (mix well)
vi) add salt and sprinkle baking soda
v) Add the flour (mix well)
vi) Pour mixture into a buttered 4x8 inch loaf pan
vii) Put it in for 1 hour and then check if it is cooked through
How to check
- get 1 chopsticks or stick (skinnier is better)
- stab the top of the bread to the bottom and pull it out
- if there is nothing sticking to it is done
- if there is something sticking to it, it needs to be put in for a few more minutes
