The best Banana Bread EVER. Period.
Mix flour, sugar, soda, salt, and cinnamon and set aside.
Add eggs, sour milk, vanilla and butter to bananas. Add to dry ingredients all at once.
Mix well by hand; do not over mix.
Pour mixture into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake in a 350 degree oven about 45 minutes, or until crust is dark brown.
Only use frozen Bananas that have been thawed and mashed. Don't leave out the cinnamon.
