From St. John's Lutheran Church Cook Book, Oregon, Wisconsin
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream together butter and sugar.
Add eggs and beat well,
Mix dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with bananas,
blending well after each addition.
Pour into two small loaf pans or one 9 1/2 x 5 x 3.
Bake about 45 minutes or until done - test with toothpick.
Note: I do this with the convection oven.
