1. Pre- heat oven to 350° F. Grease the bottom and 1/2 inch of the signs of an 8 x 4 x 2” loaf pan; set aside. In a medium mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Make a well in the center of dry mixture; set aside.
2. In another bowl combine the eggs, bananas, sugar, cooking oil. Add egg mixture all it wants to dry mixture. Stir just tell him we send (batter should be lumpy)
3. Spoon batter into the prepared pan. Bacon in oven 350° oven 50 to 55 minutes or till I wouldn’t toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and I am on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cooling rack. Wrap in store overnight processing. Makes 1 loaf (8 servings).
