Oat Banana Bread
Preheat oven to 340 degrees F.
Rub 2 glass dishes with butter and dust with extra oat flour, shaking out any excess.
Beat together eggs and bananas until a smooth consistency forms.
Add coconut oil, ACV, and honey to the mixture and combine well before adding all the dry ingredients as well.
Fold the mixture evenly into the glass dishes.
Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with honey butter!
