If your using a mixer
Preheat oven to 350° F
1. Beat bananas, eggs, sugar on low speed until egg is all mixed in.
2. Add everything else to your mixer except the bread. Mix on low speed for 1 min.
3. Next tear the bread slices into 4 and add to the mixture a little at a time until all the bread is soaked completely.
4. Place mixture into and nonstick pan of your choice. Fill desired pan up to 3/4 ways. Leave room for it to raise in the oven. ( If your using a nonstick pan just rub a little butter around the inside first)
5. Baking will depend on the size of your pan. Will take anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes. To check see if it is finished stick a toothpick inside. When it comes out clean it's done. (TIP: If you want it to be a little stickier and softer just shake the pan in the oven. If the center isn't wet and the whole pudding jiggles you can take it out. The whole pudding won't jiggle if center is still wet.)
6. Rest for 15 minutes and then you can enjoy warm or let cool completely and refrigerate.
You can serve with icecream; drizzle evaporated milk; whipped cream.
