Wonderfully moist bread from one of Steve's friends from Venezuela. We always go heavy on the bananas and the yogurt.
1. Cream margarine and sugar.
2. Beat in 1 egg at a time.
3. Beat in bananas and vanilla.
4. Sift in flour, soda, and salt while alternating with yogurt.
5. Bake for 1-1/2 hrs. (depending on size) in greased pan at 350.
