1 ¾ cups sifted flour, 2 tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp baking soda, ½ tsp salt (sift in with flour in one bowl)
1/3 cup margarine, 2/3 cup sugar, 2 tsp, 2-3 mashed bananas (beat together in bigger bowl)
Slowly pour and mix the flour mixture in with the butter mixture until mixed well. Optional to add chocolate chips, walnuts, and raisins. Bake in bread pan (81/2 x 4 ½ x 3) at 350° about 1 hour and 10 minutes (can use one round cake pan as well)
